{"id":61262,"date":"2025-01-03T13:08:00","date_gmt":"2025-01-03T08:08:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=61262"},"modified":"2025-01-03T13:08:00","modified_gmt":"2025-01-03T08:08:00","slug":"overseas-pakistanis-file-500-applications-for-islamabads-sector-c-14-plots","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/islamabad\/overseas-pakistanis-file-500-applications-for-islamabads-sector-c-14-plots\/","title":{"rendered":"Overseas Pakistanis file 500 applications for Islamabad&#8217;s sector C-14 plots"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\">ISLAMABAD: The overseas Pakistanis showed significant interest in acquiring one-kanal plots in Islamabad <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/islamabad\/cda-decides-to-allot-plots-to-public-in-sector-c-14\/\">Sector C-14<\/a> with 500 applications submitted.<\/p>\n<p>The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has reported a total of 1,200 applications have been received for 238 plots, which will be allocated through an e-balloting process, with each plot priced at Rs60 million.<\/p>\n<p>CDA officials confirmed that, as per the CDA board decision, preference will be given to overseas applicants in the allotment process, while local applicants will be placed on a waiting list.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, CDA chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa announced that a preliminary list of all applicants who have applied will be published on the CDA\u2019s official website by January 3, 2025 (today).<\/p>\n<div>In a move to ensure impartiality, the allotment of residential plots will be conducted through e-balloting by NADRA on January 14, 2024.<\/div>\n<p>Following the allocation of plots in Sector C-14, the CDA plans to auction residential plots in other sectors, including I-12 and C-15.<\/p>\n<p>Sector C-14, located at the foothills of Margalla along the newly constructed Margalla Road, has garnered substantial attention, particularly from expatriates.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: The overseas Pakistanis showed significant interest in acquiring one-kanal plots in Islamabad Sector C-14 with 500 applications submitted.
