ISLAMABAD: In a groundbreaking development,\u00a0 Pakistan has opened applications for 5,000 vacant seats for Hajj 2025<\/a>, with the registration process starting from Today January 10,2025.<\/p>\n

The spokesperson for the Ministry of Religious Affairs<\/a> announced applications will be jubilee basis, the eligible banks will upload the results on regular basis on Hajj portal.<\/p>\n

New applicants who will apply by the date fixed should be prepared to deposit 600,000 rupees for the first two installments, and it should be clear that this deposit does not include other charges for sacrifice or separate room arrangements.<\/p>\n

Moreover, the application process will be closed after the last batch of seats gets filled.<\/p>\n

Earlier, the\u00a0<\/span>Ministry of Religious Affairs\u00a0<\/span>had<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>extended<\/span>\u00a0the deadline for\u00a0<\/span>receipt<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>of\u00a0<\/span>Hajj applications for the third time under the government scheme <\/span>due<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>to<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>an<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>insufficient<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>response<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>against<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>its allocated quota.<\/span><\/p>\n

Saudi Arabia has\u00a0<\/span>allocated<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>179,210 pilgrim\u00a0<\/span>quotas<\/span>\u00a0to Pakistan for Hajj 2025<\/span>\u00a0with 89,605\u00a0<\/span>quotas<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>for\u00a0<\/span>both\u00a0<\/span>the government and private schemes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Although<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>the<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>government<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>set\u00a0<\/span>a deadline\u00a0<\/span>for<\/span>\u00a0December 3,\u00a0<\/span>then<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>extended<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>this<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>first<\/span>\u00a0to December 10 and\u00a0<\/span>finally to\u00a0<\/span>December 17,\u00a0<\/span>it’s<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>still 5,000 slots\u00a0<\/span>off<\/span>\u00a0of its target<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>and<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>the Ministry has decided to\u00a0<\/span>accept<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>further<\/span>\u00a0applications on a first-come<\/span>-first<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>served basis.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
