{"id":62311,"date":"2025-01-13T13:45:26","date_gmt":"2025-01-13T08:45:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=62311"},"modified":"2025-01-13T13:45:26","modified_gmt":"2025-01-13T08:45:26","slug":"pti-issues-show-cause-notice-to-sher-afzal-marwat-for-violating-party-discipline","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/pti-issues-show-cause-notice-to-sher-afzal-marwat-for-violating-party-discipline\/","title":{"rendered":"PTI issues Show Cause notice to Sher Afzal Marwat for violating party discipline"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: In a recent political development, the <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/govt-allows-pti-negotiating-team-to-visit-imran-khan-in-adiala-jail-today\/\">Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf&#8217;s<\/a> (PTI) \u00a0leader Sher Afzal Marwat has been issued a show cause notice for alleged discretions against party discipline.<\/p>\n<p>The notification issued by the <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/health\/exploring-the-bioregulatory-potential-of-tb-500-and-bpc-157-peptides-in-scientific-research\/\">PTI Central Secretariat<\/a> stated that no part member is allowed to make \u2018any adverse and disparaging remarks\u2019 against any officer bearer of central body of the Party and the negotiating team.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the pronounced directive from founding Chairman<a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/featured\/verdict-in-190m-case-against-imran-khan-delayed-for-third-time\/\"> Imran Khan<\/a>, Marwat proved to very outspoken against the party&#8217;s policies, causing damage to the party image on more than one occasion. Which is clearly against the party policies made by the founder Imran Khan, notice added.<\/p>\n<p>The notice further orders Marwat to defend himself within seven days while advising him not to appear on any other public media platform as a representative of the party or raise any more issues during that time.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in December 2024, the party issued show cause notices to several other\u00a0 members\u00a0 of PTI regarding violations of party discipline over the constitutional amendments saga.<\/p>\n<p>The party has taken an edgily strong position against the members who violate party policies.\u00a0 The Show Cause notice is a formal step towards the disciplinary action and to protect the image of PTI in public&#8217;s eyes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: In a recent political development, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf&#8217;s (PTI) \u00a0leader Sher Afzal Marwat has been issued a show cause notice for alleged discretions against party discipline.
