LAHORE: The Punjab government has announced a public holiday<\/a> on February 5, 2025, to observe Kashmir Solidarity Day across the province.<\/p>\n

The notification was issued a day after the Sindh government’s announcement<\/a> of a public holiday on the same day.<\/p>\n

According to the notification, all government offices and educational institutions will remain closed on February 5 (Wednesday) to express solidarity with Kashmiri brethren and sisters.<\/p>\n

Earlier, the Sindh government issued the notification, stating, “All government and semi-government offices in Sindh would remain closed on February 5 (Wednesday).”<\/p>\n

Every year, the nation observes a public holiday on February 5 with national zeal and zest to show solidarity with the people of Kashmir for their struggle for freedom from India.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
