experience with Yango riders and the customer service, which fails to address their concerns.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">As per the users&#8217; experiences shared on social media, the Yango riders demand more fare than the actual, and some customers faced problems as their drivers keep harassing them even after the ride.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Taking on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/voiceofcustomerpk\/permalink\/1815542062364475\/\">Facebook page<\/a>, <em>Voice of Customer, <\/em>a female user, asked for the legal remedies as she has been facing &#8220;a constant harassment from the taxi driver of Yango.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div>\n<div class=\"xabvvm4 xeyy32k x1ia1hqs x1a2w583 x6ikm8r x10wlt62\" data-visualcompletion=\"ignore-dynamic\">\n<div class=\"x1n2onr6\">\n<div class=\"x9f619 x1ja2u2z x78zum5 x2lah0s x1n2onr6 x1qughib x1qjc9v5 xozqiw3 x1q0g3np xykv574 xbmpl8g x4cne27 xifccgj\">\n<div class=\"html-div xdj266r x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r xexx8yu x4uap5 x18d9i69 xkhd6sd\">\n<div class=\"html-div xdj266r x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r xexx8yu x4uap5 x18d9i69 xkhd6sd\" dir=\"auto\">\n<div class=\"html-div xdj266r x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r xexx8yu x4uap5 x18d9i69 xkhd6sd\" data-ad-rendering-role=\"story_message\">\n<div id=\"\u00abrsu\u00bb\" class=\"x1l90r2v x1iorvi4 x1ye3gou xn6708d\" data-ad-comet-preview=\"message\" data-ad-preview=\"message\">\n<div class=\"x78zum5 xdt5ytf xz62fqu x16ldp7u\">\n<div class=\"xu06os2 x1ok221b\">\n<div class=\"xdj266r x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs x126k92a\">\n<p dir=\"auto\">Another commuter, Saadiyah Naeemi, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/voiceofcustomerpk\/permalink\/1798225424096139\/\">shared<\/a> that a Yango courier, after two days of delivering a parcel to her, started sending explicit pictures and videos on her WhatsApp.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">&#8220;I blocked him of course, and also reported the incident on the support,&#8221; she wrote, adding that the harasser started sending her nude photos and videos from another number and calling her.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">However, she said that upon reporting the incident to the Yango support service, she received &#8220;constant automated replies and they kept closing her support ticket without any resolution.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">They have not yet filed any complaint against this rider nor have they done anything to ensure this does not happen again, she wrote while lamenting Yango Pakistan for &#8220;beyond pathetic&#8221; support.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Apart from the harassment, the drivers demand additional money after the completion of the ride.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">A user, sharing his experience on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/voiceofcustomerpk\/permalink\/1815542062364475\/\">Facebook<\/a>, wrote, &#8220;I booked ride with this rude driver and my fare was shown as Rs794 when he dropped us, he demands Rs1064 and making lame excuses like it&#8217;s our peak hour,&#8221; the customer wrote on the social media site.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Another commuter said that after the ride completion, the rider showed him the fare on his phone, and he paid that without asking for change.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"xu06os2 x1ok221b\">\n<div class=\"xdj266r x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs x126k92a\">\n<p dir=\"auto\">&#8220;Later, I received a notification from Yango asking for feedback on my ride, and I was surprised to see that the actual fare was significantly lower than what the driver had shown me,&#8221; the customer, Abdullah Faiz wrote.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">According to Faiz, he attempted to contact Yango\u2019s support, but their response was completely unsatisfactory. &#8220;Moving forward, I will avoid using Yango,&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Another customer expressed the &#8216;worst experience&#8217; with the ride-hailing, saying that the rider denied accepting the discounted fare, he received due to a promo code.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p dir=\"auto\">&#8220;After the promo code, the total fare showed on the app was Rs520. But when I reached my destination, the rider asked for the full price, which was Rs780, as they don&#8217;t get any bonus from Yango at all,&#8221; he wrote on Facebook.<\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\">One of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/voiceofcustomerpk\/permalink\/1815395519045796\/\">customers<\/a>, who runs an online business, said that he booked a ride with <span class=\"html-span xdj266r x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r xexx8yu x4uap5 x18d9i69 xkhd6sd x1hl2dhg x16tdsg8 x1vvkbs\"><span class=\"xt0psk2\"><span class=\"xjp7ctv\"><span aria-describedby=\":r1h3:\">Yango<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> to &#8220;deliver a product to an address just 20 minutes away from his location.&#8221;<\/div>\n<p dir=\"auto\">&#8220;After an hour, I received a call from my customer, who told me he hadn\u2019t received the parcel, even though the app showed it as delivered,&#8221; he complained, adding that the rider also blocked his contact number.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">The customer added that he contacted Yango\u2019s helpline but despite their constant promises of security and customer service, all they said was that they were trying to reach the rider but couldn\u2019t get through.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">A user, named Haroon Abubakar, shared Yango&#8217;s parcel service scam.
