The application form has four parts: Personal Information, Official Information, Preferences, and Challan.<\/p>\n<p>In the <strong>Personal Information section<\/strong>, the applicants need to enter their CNIC number, name, husband\/father&#8217;s name, gender, date of birth, mobile number, email, district of domicile, postal address, permanent address, and next of kin information, which are all required.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Official Information part<\/strong> requires information, regarding the applicant&#8217;s job, including personal\/employment number, date of entrance into government service, service categories, service group, pay scale, parent department, current department, office number, and current posting designation.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates should also indicate their choices, first and second, along with choosing a plot group according to their range of pay scale.
