Last year, an accountability court in Islamabad ordered the seizure of <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/business\/new-property-transfer-fee-announced-for-march-2025\/\">Bukhari&#8217;s properties<\/a> including a 30-kanal plot, a four-kanal plot in Islamabad, and one of his properties in the Attock district: an estate of 1,210 kanals, which has a 91-kanal plot to be confiscated and passed to the state.<\/p>\n<p>The case against Bukhari is part of a wider investigation into a corruption scheme led by former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife.<\/p>\n<p>They are accused of gaining, in the name of Al Qadir University Trust, hundreds of canals of land, thus inflicting a loss of \u00a3190 million on the exchequer.<\/p>\n<p>A corruption reference in the Al Qadir University case against Imran Khan and seven others, including his wife, was filed by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: Following the directive of the Accountability Court in Islamabad, authorities have sealed the residence of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Zulfi Bukhari in the cantonment area of Attock.
