{"id":68442,"date":"2025-03-19T11:52:40","date_gmt":"2025-03-19T06:52:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=68442"},"modified":"2025-03-19T11:52:40","modified_gmt":"2025-03-19T06:52:40","slug":"ji-announces-nationwide-protest-against-israeli-atrocities-in-gaza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/ji-announces-nationwide-protest-against-israeli-atrocities-in-gaza\/","title":{"rendered":"JI announces nationwide protest against Israeli atrocities in Gaza"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>KARACHI:<a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/jit-re-summons-16-pti-members-over-anti-state-propaganda-allegations\/\"> Jamaat-e-Islami<\/a> (JI) has announced a nationwide protest on March 21, Friday, <span class=\"diff-highlight\">against<\/span> the <span class=\"diff-highlight\">mayhem<\/span> committed by the <span class=\"diff-highlight\">United<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">States<\/span> and Israel in Gaza.<\/p>\n<p>According to JI chief Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman, protests will be <span class=\"diff-highlight\">staged<\/span> simultaneously <span class=\"diff-highlight\">all<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">over<\/span> the country <span class=\"diff-highlight\">against<\/span> the <span class=\"diff-highlight\">continuous<\/span> crimes <span class=\"diff-highlight\">of<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">Israel<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">in<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">Palestine<\/span> being <span class=\"diff-highlight\">committed<\/span> under <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/education\/university-of-balochistan-suspends-campus-activities-shits-to-online-classes\/\">US <span class=\"diff-highlight\">support<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The JI chief <span class=\"diff-highlight\">stated<\/span> that the Zionists <span class=\"diff-highlight\">had<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">exhibited<\/span> the worst form of fascism in Gaza, <span class=\"diff-highlight\">killing<\/span> over 48,000, including women and children, and injuring millions.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"diff-highlight\">Following<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">the<\/span> killing <span class=\"diff-highlight\">of<\/span> the <span class=\"diff-highlight\">leader<\/span> of the Hamas government, <span class=\"diff-highlight\">the<\/span> Palestinian health authorities <span class=\"diff-highlight\">have<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">stated<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">that<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">the<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">Israeli<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">airstrikes<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">are<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">occurring<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">over<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">800<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">kilometers<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">of<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">airspace<\/span><span class=\"diff-highlight\">,<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">killing<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">over<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">400<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>The <span class=\"diff-highlight\">Israeli<\/span> airstrikes have <span class=\"diff-highlight\">squeezed<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">out<\/span> weeks of relative calm after <span class=\"diff-highlight\">negotiations<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">surrounding<\/span> a permanent ceasefire <span class=\"diff-highlight\">melted<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">down<\/span>. <span class=\"diff-highlight\">The<\/span> Hamas <span class=\"diff-highlight\">government<\/span> has accused Israel of <span class=\"diff-highlight\">undermining<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">mediator<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">efforts<\/span> to negotiate a permanent <span class=\"diff-highlight\">agreement<\/span> to <span class=\"diff-highlight\">stop<\/span> the fighting.<\/p>\n<p>Prime Minister <span class=\"diff-highlight\">of<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">Israel<\/span> Benjamin Netanyahu has pledged to <span class=\"diff-highlight\">intensify<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/world\/trump-pauses-all-u-s-military-aid-to-ukraine-after-angry-clash-with-zelenskiy\/\"> military <span class=\"diff-highlight\">efforts<\/span><\/a>, <span class=\"diff-highlight\">reinforcing<\/span> that Hamas rejected proposals to secure <span class=\"diff-highlight\">an<\/span> extension <span class=\"diff-highlight\">of<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">the<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">ceasefire<\/span>. The JI chief <span class=\"diff-highlight\">stated<\/span> that Gaza is <span class=\"diff-highlight\">suffering<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">from<\/span> acute food and medical <span class=\"diff-highlight\">supply<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">shortages<\/span>, <span class=\"diff-highlight\">worsening<\/span> the humanitarian crisis.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"diff-highlight\">Rallies<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">will<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">take<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">place<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">on<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">the<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">same<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">day<\/span> in all <span class=\"diff-highlight\">small<\/span> and <span class=\"diff-highlight\">large<\/span> cities <span class=\"diff-highlight\">throughout<\/span> the country, with the JI chief <span class=\"diff-highlight\">calling<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">on<\/span> the masses to <span class=\"diff-highlight\">join<\/span>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KARACHI: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) has announced a nationwide protest on March 21, Friday, against the mayhem committed by the United States and Israel in Gaza.
