{"id":68553,"date":"2025-03-20T13:42:49","date_gmt":"2025-03-20T08:42:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=68553"},"modified":"2025-03-20T13:42:49","modified_gmt":"2025-03-20T08:42:49","slug":"supeme-court-establishes-24-7-anti-corruption-hotline","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/supeme-court-establishes-24-7-anti-corruption-hotline\/","title":{"rendered":"Supeme Court establishes 24\/7 anti-corruption hotline"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Yahya Afridi ordered to establish a dedicated <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/supreme-court-to-conduct-daily-hearings-in-super-tax-case\/\">anti-graft hotline<\/a> for the petitioners to report incidents of corruption, favoritism, or any form of bribe, without fear of retaliation.<\/p>\n<p>The hotline allows communication in Urdu and English and can be reached via phone, email, text messaging, and an internet site allowing citizens to report incidents at any time, ensuring inclusivity and ease of access.<\/p>\n<p>According to the official handout,\u00a0 the CJP is dedicated to providing a corruption-free environment to the petitioner in the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n<p>The statement said the whistleblower\u2019s identity will be protected and the choice of remaining anonymous will be fully respected.<\/p>\n<p>All complaints received will be overseen by an independent authority reporting directly to the CJP, maintaining transparency and objectivity throughout the process.<\/p>\n<p>Each report will thoroughly be tracked and investigated, with in provided timeframe \u2014 30 days for simpler case and up to 60 days for complex case.
