class=\"diff-highlight\">more<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">than<\/span> 800,000 saplings will be planted in the Murree district <span class=\"diff-highlight\">for<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">forest<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">conservation<\/span>, <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/lahore\/tiger-sized-in-lahore-after-viral-selfie-wildlife-laws-strictly-enforced\/\">wildlife <span class=\"diff-highlight\">protection<\/span><\/a>, and <span class=\"diff-highlight\">human<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">protection<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">against<\/span> environmental hazards.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"diff-highlight\">While<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">speaking<\/span> at <span class=\"diff-highlight\">a<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">ceremony<\/span> organized by the <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/punjab-cm-maryam-to-convert-978-acres-of-land-into-forests\/\">Forest Department<\/a> of Murree<span class=\"diff-highlight\">,<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">in<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">recognition<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">of<\/span> World Forest Day, <span class=\"diff-highlight\">Gorchani<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">emphasized<\/span><span class=\"diff-highlight\">,<\/span> that\u00a0<span class=\"diff-highlight\">each<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">of<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">us<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">must<\/span> pledge to make Pakistan green and prosperous<span class=\"diff-highlight\">,<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">which<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">can<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">start<\/span> by planting at least one tree.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"diff-highlight\">Protecting<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">and<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">conserving<\/span> forests from fire <span class=\"diff-highlight\">is<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">vital<\/span>, <span class=\"diff-highlight\">Gorchani<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">said<\/span><span class=\"diff-highlight\">,<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">adding<\/span> that the <span class=\"diff-highlight\">destruction<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">of<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">forests<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">ultimately<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">affects<\/span> human life and depletes natural resources.<\/p>\n<p>Gorchani <span class=\"diff-highlight\">did<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">agree<\/span> that <span class=\"diff-highlight\">establishing<\/span> infrastructure is necessary <span class=\"diff-highlight\">but<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">noted<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">that<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">the<\/span> cutting <span class=\"diff-highlight\">down<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">of<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">trees<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">needs<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">to<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">cease<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">for<\/span> trees to <span class=\"diff-highlight\">help<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">sustain<\/span> ecological balance, <span class=\"diff-highlight\">improve<\/span> the <span class=\"diff-highlight\">spaces<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">we<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">live<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">in<\/span>, and <span class=\"diff-highlight\">give<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">us<\/span> oxygen.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"diff-highlight\">About<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">almost<\/span> 500,000 saplings were planted <span class=\"diff-highlight\">at<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">the<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">ceremony<\/span>, with a <span class=\"diff-highlight\">nursery<\/span><span class=\"diff-highlight\">&#8211;<\/span><span class=\"diff-highlight\">based<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">goal<\/span> of 810,840 trees <span class=\"diff-highlight\">the<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">department<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">committed<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">to<\/span> for the spring season <span class=\"diff-highlight\">along<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">with<\/span> large trees, small plants, and seedlings.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"diff-highlight\">The<\/span> Pakistan Army <span class=\"diff-highlight\">was<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">one<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">of<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">many<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">organizations<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">that<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">assisted<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">with<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">the<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">plantation<\/span><span class=\"diff-highlight\">,<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">which<\/span> the provincial minister and others <span class=\"diff-highlight\">officially<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">launched<\/span> near Jeikagali, <span class=\"diff-highlight\">outside<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">of<\/span> Peli
