ISLAMABAD:\u00a0Eid ul Fitr namaz will be offered across various places in the federal capital while the biggest gathering will be held at scenic Faisal Mosque<\/span> at 8:00 am.<\/p>\n

As per the details, the federal and provincial governments have announced a\u00a0three-day holiday from March 31 to April 2 for the festival.<\/p>\n

On the first day of the festival, Muslims offer a\u00a0special Eid prayer<\/a>\u00a0for which gatherings are held in mosques and open spaces across the country.<\/p>\n

Eid ul Fitr 2025<\/a> is likely to be celebrated with religious fervor on March 31 (Monday) across Pakistan.<\/p>\n

In a statement issued on Wednesday, the Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (Suparco) said that the Shawwal moon was likely to occur on March 29.<\/p>\n

\u201cConsequently, Ramazan is expected to complete [in] 29 days, and the first day of Eidul Fitr will likely be observed on 31 March 2025,\u201d it said.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Like every year in the federal capital, the timings of different mosques have been fixed this year as well. Following is the list of Eid-ul-Fitr prayer times in various mosques of Islamabad.<\/p>\n
