Initially, the results were scheduled to be declared on March 31, but due to the <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/offices-businesses-re-open-as-eid-ul-fitr-holidays-come-to-end\/\">Eid ul-Fitr holidays<\/a>, the announcement was deferred until April 4.<\/p>\n<p>Teachers and school staff have finalized the results before the Eid break and are now gearing up to resume their duties.<\/p>\n<p>To declare the results, all government schools will organize special ceremonies, where students can collect their results from their respective teachers. During these ceremonies, the names of top position holders will also be announced, adding an extra layer of excitement to the events.<\/p>\n<h2>New School Timings<\/h2>\n<p>The Punjab Education Department has announced revised school timings, <span class=\"diff-highlight\">which<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">will<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">begin<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">from<\/span> April 7 to October 15. Single-shift schools will <span class=\"diff-highlight\">start<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">at<\/span> 8<span class=\"diff-highlight\">:<\/span><span class=\"diff-highlight\">00<\/span> AM <span class=\"diff-highlight\">and<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">end<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">at<\/span> 1:30 PM, with Friday&#8217;s dismissal <span class=\"diff-highlight\">time<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">being<\/span> noon.<\/p>\n<p>Double-shift schools will have their <span class=\"diff-highlight\">first<\/span> shift from 8<span class=\"diff-highlight\">:<\/span><span class=\"diff-highlight\">00<\/span> AM to 12:30 PM <span class=\"diff-highlight\">and<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">likewise<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"diff-highlight\">will<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">end<\/span> at noon\u00a0<span class=\"diff-highlight\">on<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">Fridays<\/span>. The second shift will <span class=\"diff-highlight\">start<\/span> at 1<span class=\"diff-highlight\">:<\/span><span class=\"diff-highlight\">00<\/span> PM and end at 5:30 PM <span class=\"diff-highlight\">for<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">all<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">other<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">weekdays<\/span><span class=\"diff-highlight\">,<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">with<\/span> 2:30 PM <span class=\"diff-highlight\">starting<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">time<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">on<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">Fridays<\/span><span class=\"diff-highlight\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"diff-highlight\">Schools<\/span> and colleges across Punjab will <span class=\"diff-highlight\">also<\/span> observe Eid-<span class=\"diff-highlight\">u<\/span>-Fitr holidays<span class=\"diff-highlight\">,<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">which<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">will<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">take<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">effect <\/span>from March 28 to April 6, before\u00a0<span class=\"diff-highlight\">the<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">new<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">timings<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">are<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">implemented<\/span><span class=\"diff-highlight\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"diff-highlight\">Annual<\/span> results for government schools will be announced on April 4.
