The inquiry officer has been instrued to complete and submit the report within two months. IF no written response is provided, a one-sided action will be taken.<\/p>\n<p>The sources further revealed that Asad Islam Mehani, the Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Industries and Production, has been appointed as the inquiry officer, while the Deputy Secretary of the Minister of Climate Change has been disignated as the administrative representatve.<\/p>\n<p>The chare sheet issue to Farzana Altaf Shah includes accusations of mismanagement within the agency, misconduct with officers, and negligence in fulfilling office duties.
