KARACHI: The 10th<\/span> season<\/span> of<\/span> the<\/span> Pakistan Super League<\/a> (PSL) is set to begin<\/span> in<\/span> Rawalpindi<\/span> on April 11, 2025, with<\/span> Islamabad<\/span> United<\/span>, the<\/span> reigning<\/span> champions,<\/span> beginning<\/span> their<\/span> title<\/span> defense<\/span> against Lahore Qalandars.<\/p>\n

There<\/span> will be<\/span> a<\/span> total<\/span> of<\/span> 34 matches between<\/span> six teams from April 11 to May 18, with matches taking<\/span> place<\/span> at<\/span> Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, and Multan.<\/p>\n

Karachi Traffic Plan for PSL X Matches<\/a><\/h2>\n

The Karachi\u00a0police<\/span> have<\/span> released<\/span> a<\/span> full<\/span> traffic<\/span> and<\/span> parking<\/span> plan<\/span> for<\/span> fans driving<\/span> to<\/span> matches at the National Bank Cricket Arena (National Stadium) in Karachi, which<\/span> are scheduled for April 12, 15, 18, 20, and 21, 2025.<\/p>\n

Parking<\/span> has<\/span> been<\/span> arranged<\/span> to<\/span> accommodate<\/span> an<\/span> expected increase<\/span> in<\/span> population<\/span> in<\/span> the<\/span> area<\/span> by<\/span> using<\/span> special parking arrangements will<\/span> be<\/span> used<\/span> for cricket enthusiasts.<\/p>\n

Parking<\/span> and Approach<\/span> Directions<\/span>–<\/span> Coming<\/span> from Karsaz: Vehicles should go<\/span> through<\/span> Habib Ibrahim Rehmatullah Road under the stadium flyover and park at the National Coaching Centre\/China ground located<\/span> on Sir Shah Suleman Road.<\/p>\n

Coming<\/span> from Millennium: Vehicles should go<\/span> through<\/span> Stadium Road (Peer Sibghatullah Shah Rashdi Road);<\/span> under the stadium flyover, vehicles<\/span> should<\/span> take<\/span> a<\/span> right<\/span> and park at the National Coaching Centre\/China Ground.<\/p>\n

Coming<\/span> from Newown<\/span>: Vehicles should continue<\/span> on Stadium Road, turn left after Aga Khan Hospital, and park at the National Coaching Centre on Sir Shah Suleman Road.<\/p>\n

Traffic Restrictions<\/span><\/a><\/h2>\n

There<\/span> will be restrictions<\/span> on<\/span> heavy<\/span> traffic<\/span> on certain routes, including Sohrab Goth to NIPA- Liaquatabad No. 10 to Hassan Square, PPP Chowrangi to University Road- Karsaz to the Stadium- Millennium to New Town Stadium Signal to Hassan Square.<\/span><\/p>\n

Public<\/span> Advisory<\/span><\/h2>\n

The<\/span> public is requested<\/span> to assist<\/span> law enforcement agencies and traffic police in<\/span> an<\/span> effort<\/span> not<\/span> to cause<\/span> any<\/span> inconvenience. Fans are advised to park their vehicles only<\/span> in<\/span> designated parking areas and not<\/span> to<\/span> park<\/span> on main<\/span> roads or service<\/span> roads.<\/p>\n
