ISLAMABAD: Pakistani officials have sounded the alarm about India\u2019s sinister plan to invade Azad Jammu and Kashmir, and now senior journalists are making rare speculations about a possible military action.<\/p>\n

Amidst the high-profile statements, TV show host and senior journalist Muhammad Malik claimed that India is likely to launch a military attack on Pakistan, but only after the conclusion of the Indian Premier League (IPL<\/a>) tournament, which ends on May 25.<\/p>\n

\u201cToday, I spoke to some important figures in India, and they said that India will definitely attack \u2014 but only after May 25. IPL 2025 ends on May 25, and since IPL is a multi-billion rupee project, this reasoning makes sense!\u201d<\/p>\n

Malik\u2019s comments come amid rising tensions between the two countries, following a deadly attack in Indian-occupied Kashmir that killed 26 tourists last week. New Delhi<\/a> has been consistently falsely accusing Pakistan of supporting the militants responsible for the attack, while Pakistan has strongly denied these allegations and termed them baseless.<\/p>\n
