The rainfall <span class=\"diff-highlight\">tripped<\/span> 140 feeders in Hyderabad, <span class=\"diff-highlight\">causing<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/latest-news\/g-b-facing-communication-crisis-amid-relentless-power-crisis\/\">power outages<\/a> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">throughout<\/span> the city.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"diff-highlight\">Multiple<\/span> rooftop and wall collapses <span class=\"diff-highlight\">occurred,<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">and<\/span> solar panels <span class=\"diff-highlight\">fell,<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">with<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">casualties<\/span><span class=\"diff-highlight\">.<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">Reports<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">indicate<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">one<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">casualty<\/span> and eight <span class=\"diff-highlight\">other<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">injuries<\/span><span class=\"diff-highlight\">,<\/span> four <span class=\"diff-highlight\">of<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">which<\/span> were <span class=\"diff-highlight\">children<\/span><span class=\"diff-highlight\">,<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">from<\/span> various weather incidents.<\/p>\n<p>In <span class=\"diff-highlight\">municipalities<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">like<\/span> Tando Allahyar and Tando Muhammad Khan, power remained <span class=\"diff-highlight\">off<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">residents<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">were<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">left<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">in<\/span> the\u00a0<span class=\"diff-highlight\">dark<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"diff-highlight\">due<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">to<\/span> a\u00a0<span class=\"diff-highlight\">disrupted<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">electric<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">supply<\/span>. High-speed\u00a0winds in Jhimpir, Thatta <span class=\"diff-highlight\">districts,<\/span> caused several mud huts to catch fire, <span class=\"diff-highlight\">which<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">damaged<\/span> three motorbikes\u00a0and other <span class=\"diff-highlight\">property<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>In Sujawal district Daro and surrounding <span class=\"diff-highlight\">area<\/span>, <span class=\"diff-highlight\">windstorm<\/span> damaged <span class=\"diff-highlight\">a<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">number<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">of<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">houses<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">making<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">roofs<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">debris<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">with<\/span><span class=\"diff-highlight\">,<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">several<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">left<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">injuries<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">totalling<\/span> four.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"diff-highlight\">The<\/span> injured were <span class=\"diff-highlight\">reportedly<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">taken<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">to<\/span> the Rural Health Centre Daro <span class=\"diff-highlight\">by<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">rescue<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">officials<\/span>. <span class=\"diff-highlight\">Meanwhile<\/span><span class=\"diff-highlight\">,<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">the<\/span> Pakistan Meteorological Department <span class=\"diff-highlight\">suggested<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">there<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">could<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">be<\/span> <span class=\"diff-highlight\">rain<\/span> in Karachi on May 5.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KARACHI: Heavy rainfall on Saturday eve drubbed lower Sindh districts, including cities such as Tando Allahyar, Tando Muhammad Khan, and Hyderabad, which were hit by extensive power outages.
