WASHINGTON: After boycotting Pakistani artists<\/a> in India, Superstar Mahira khan has responded to working again in Bollywood or any Indian entertainment project.<\/p>\n

Mahira Khan’s<\/a> work has largely been watched in India and is best known for her roles in Humsafar, Sadqay Tumhare<\/em> and films like Superstar<\/em> and Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad.<\/em><\/p>\n

She is currently promoting her film Love Guru<\/em> alongside actor Humayun Saeed in the United States of America. Responding to a question, said, \u201cI think we need to focus inwards; we need to focus on our own industry. I\u2019m someone who doesn\u2019t believe in the cancel culture or boycotts. I\u2019m speaking broadly\u2014I don\u2019t think it\u2019s the right approach.<\/p>\n

“But given the current situation, we\u2019re all emotional. Instead of advocating such strong stances, which becomes one\u2019s prerogative because of circumstances, we should focus on ourselves. Also, in the end, it\u2019s your country that is your safe space. I believe we should invest in ourselves, in Pakistan.\u201d<\/p>\n
