The petitioner noted that although legislation against the beggar mafia had already been passed in the province, government agencies had not successfully carried out the judicial orders.<\/p>\n<p>The court stressed the necessity of complete enforcement of the legislation and ordered officials to present a progress report within three months.<\/p>\n<p>The court ordered the creation of a mobile app and registration of FIRs against people who compel children into begging.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the Lahore High Court ordered to build and utilize all ready existing functional rehabilitation centers and shelter houses for beggars.
