Ships will be berthed safely and will be closely monitored during their stay in the port. The deployment of mooring lines and standby tugboats ensures that any emergency assistance can be provided promptly.<\/p>\n<p>A KPT alert also highlighted that a standby pilot will be available round the clock to help navigate ships in deep seas in case of severe weather, posing minimal risk to maritime traffic.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have taken all precautionary measures to ensure the safety of cargo,\u201d said a KPT spokesperson.
