NOWSHERA: An 8-month<\/a><\/span>\u00a0pregnant woman was <\/span>set<\/span> ablaze <\/span>alive in a tragic accident that<\/span>\u00a0took place <\/span>in the Pabbi tehsil of Nowshera district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.<\/span><\/p>\n

The victim had <\/span>allegedly<\/span> gone missing from her <\/span>house<\/span> yesterday, <\/span>reports<\/span> added<\/span>. Police<\/span> initially<\/span> found<\/span> that the victim<\/span>‘<\/span>s sister-in-law<\/a> <\/span>took<\/span> her along <\/span>on<\/span> the <\/span>false<\/span> pretext <\/span>of <\/span>meeting<\/span> a doctor.<\/span>

\nPolice <\/span>added<\/span> that the suspect has been arrested and further investigation is <\/span>in progress<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

A charred<\/span> body was <\/span>retrieved<\/span> from the <\/span>Babu Khwar area <\/span>close<\/span> to <\/span>Muslim Town, <\/span>later<\/span> being<\/span> identified as the missing pregnant woman.<\/span><\/p>\n

The body has been <\/span>shifted<\/span> to the hospital for post-mortem <\/span>by police<\/span>, and <\/span>operations<\/span> are being <\/span>carried<\/span> out <\/span>to arrest other <\/span>people<\/span> involved in the <\/span>case<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
