{"id":76607,"date":"2025-06-04T22:21:35","date_gmt":"2025-06-04T17:21:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=76607"},"modified":"2025-06-04T22:21:35","modified_gmt":"2025-06-04T17:21:35","slug":"assistant-commissioner-abducted-by-terrorists-kidnap-in-balochistan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/assistant-commissioner-abducted-by-terrorists-kidnap-in-balochistan\/","title":{"rendered":"Assistant Commissioner abducted by terrorist&#8217;s kidnap in Balochistan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>TURBAT: Assistant Commissioner of Tehsil Tamp, Muhammad Hanif Noorzai, was abducted by the banned Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) here on Wednesday while he was on his way to <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/one-died-three-injured-in-quetta-blast\/\">Quetta<\/a> from Turbat.<\/p>\n<p>According to initial reports, the AC vehicle was stopped by armed militants in Sreenkan, a volatile area of \u200b\u200bKech district, on June 4, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The BLF has claimed responsibility for the abduction and confirmed that Hanif Noorzai is in their custody.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement to the media, a BLF spokesperson said that the operation was carried out based on intelligence inputs from the organisation\u2019s secret wing. Noorzai was allegedly taken along with his family, government-appointed guards and driver.<\/p>\n<p>However, in what the BLF termed an act of \u201chumanitarian and moral consideration\u201d, the spokesperson said that Noorzai\u2019s family, driver and security personnel were released unharmed and sent back home with \u201cfull respect and safety\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Assistant Commissioner has been handed over to the group\u2019s investigation wing and the BLF says it will announce its decision after the completion of the internal investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Issuing a veiled warning to the state, the spokesperson added,<\/p>\n<p>If any military or aggressive action is taken to recover the Assistant Commissioner, the Pakistani state will bear full responsibility for the consequences.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TURBAT: Assistant Commissioner of Tehsil Tamp, Muhammad Hanif Noorzai, was abducted by the banned Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) here on Wednesday while he was on his way to Quetta from Turbat.
