KARACHI: In a recent development, the gold prices<\/a> in Pakistan have surged to a new high amid international fluctuations.<\/p>\n

<\/span>The\u00a0<\/span>value<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>of 24-karat gold per tola\u00a0<\/span>increased<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>by<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Rs4,300 on Thursday to\u00a0<\/span>hit<\/span>\u00a0Rs358,400<\/span>, as per the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association<\/a><\/span>.\u00a0<\/span>Likewise<\/span>, the\u00a0<\/span>value<\/span>\u00a0of 10 grams of gold\u00a0<\/span>registered<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>an<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>increase<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>of\u00a0<\/span>Rs3,687<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>to<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>reach<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Rs307,270.<\/p>\n

<\/span>The <\/span>world<\/span>\u00a0gold market also\u00a0<\/span>saw<\/span>\u00a0a\u00a0<\/span>huge<\/span>\u00a0change, with the\u00a0<\/span>value<\/span>\u00a0of gold per ounce\u00a0<\/span>increasing<\/span>\u00a0by $43 to\u00a0<\/span>become<\/span>\u00a0$3,400.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Silver prices in Pakistan also\u00a0<\/span>increased<\/span>, with the\u00a0<\/span>value<\/span>\u00a0of a tola of 24-karat silver\u00a0<\/span>increasing<\/span>\u00a0by Rs159 to\u00a0<\/span>become<\/span>\u00a0Rs3,745, and the\u00a0<\/span>value<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>of<\/span>\u00a010 grams of silver increasing to\u00a0<\/span>become\u00a0<\/span>Rs3,210.<\/span><\/p>\n
