{"id":77261,"date":"2025-06-13T14:21:07","date_gmt":"2025-06-13T09:21:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=77261"},"modified":"2025-06-13T14:21:07","modified_gmt":"2025-06-13T09:21:07","slug":"attacks-against-iran-conducted-within-its-territory-israeli-media","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/world\/attacks-against-iran-conducted-within-its-territory-israeli-media\/","title":{"rendered":"Attacks against Iran conducted within its territory: Israeli media"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: An <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/world\/top-iranian-military-commanders-nuclear-scientists-civilians-assassinated-in-israeli-strikes\/\">Israeli<\/a> newspaper has revealed that the attack on Tehran was carried out from within Iran.<\/p>\n<p>According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/world\/air-india-plane-crashes-in-indias-ahmedabad-over-200-on-board\/\">Israeli newspaper<\/a>, Mossad established a drone base in Iran, the drones were activated overnight, and Iran&#8217;s surface-to-surface missile launchers were targeted with drones.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report, an Israeli drone base was established near Tehran, attacks on Iran&#8217;s nuclear facilities were planned for several years, Mossad commandos and sensitive equipment were smuggled into Iran.<\/p>\n<p>The Israeli intelligence agency Mossad and the Israel Defense Forces carried out a joint operation.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, Israel carried out strikes on Iran on Friday, targeting its nuclear facilities, ballistic missile factories and military commanders at the start of what it warned would be a prolonged operation to prevent Tehran from building an atomic weapon.<\/p>\n<p>Iranian media and witnesses reported explosions including at the country\u2019s main uranium enrichment facility at Natanz, while Israel declared a state of emergency in anticipation of retaliatory missile and drone strikes.<\/p>\n<p>Iran\u2019s elite Revolutionary Guards corps said its top commander, Hossein Salami, was killed and state media reported the unit\u2019s headquarters in Tehran had been hit.
