A Shahdadpur court on Friday handed over two <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/every-muslim-country-shall-suffer-if-not-united-against-oppression\/\">newly converted Muslims<\/a> to their Hindu families and permitted two others to stay in a shelter home, after all four asserted they had voluntarily converted to Islam without coercion.<\/p>\n<p>Additional and Sessions Judge\u060c Aijaz Ali Chandio conducted the case regarding the <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/crime\/mustafa-amir-abduction-case-body-found-from-burned-vehicle-in-balochistan\/\">abduction<\/a> and forced conversion of three Hindu sisters and their male cousin.<\/p>\n<p>The lawyer of the parents contended in court that police had recovered the four siblings from Karachi, who were allegedly abducted from Shahdadpur and forcibly converted into Islam.<\/p>\n<p>Police\u00a0brought\u00a0the three sisters and their cousin\u00a0in\u00a0front of\u00a0the court. Their parents and the head of the Hindu Panchayat, Rajesh Kumar Hardasani,\u00a0also\u00a0appeared.<\/p>\n<p>But all four of them \u2013 Jiya Bai, Diya Bai, Disha Bai, and Harjeet Kumar- deposed that they had converted to Islam voluntarily in 2024, and not by force.<\/p>\n<p>On hearing the arguments, the judge allowed two girls, Jiya Bai and Diya Bai, who were medical students, to remain at a shelter home in Karachi. The court directed, meanwhile, that the two minors 15-year-old matric student, Disha Bai, and her 13-year-old cousin, Harjeet Kumar, be handed over to their parents.<\/p>\n<p>Following\u00a0the\u00a0statements\u00a0of the girls, the court also\u00a0acquitted\u00a0two accused, Zulfiqar Khaskheli and Farhan,\u00a0of\u00a0charges of\u00a0kidnapping.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SANGHAR: In a recent development, three Hindu siblings and their one male cousin embraced Islam without any force.
