{"id":79483,"date":"2025-07-04T15:54:52","date_gmt":"2025-07-04T10:54:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=79483"},"modified":"2025-07-04T15:54:52","modified_gmt":"2025-07-04T10:54:52","slug":"six-individual-died-as-car-plunges-into-river-in-azad-kashmir","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/six-individual-died-as-car-plunges-into-river-in-azad-kashmir\/","title":{"rendered":"Six individual died as car plunges into river in Azad Kashmir"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MUZAFFARABAD: In a tragic incident in the <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/india-escalates-water-war-blocks-neelum-river-flow-to-pakistan\/\">Neelum Valley&#8217;s<\/a> Chilhana area, a car plunged hundreds of feet down into the river, resulting in the death of at least six people.<\/p>\n<p>Police and<a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/world\/gaza-rescuers-report-23-killed-by-israeli-forces-including-children\/\"> rescue<\/a> teams, along with the assistance of residents, promptly launched a rescue operation at the site to recover the bodies and clear the area.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, two people lost their lives; one was seriously injured, and four were missing after a vehicle carrying a wedding party fell into a river in <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/technology\/sapm-digital-media-fahd-haroon-meets-cm-gilgit-discusses-digital-media-role-in-regional-growth\/\">Gilgit<\/a>\u00a0on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>The incident took place near Burdas Nagar.<\/p>\n<p>Rescue 1122 sources said that there were 7 people in the ill-fated vehicle, and the bodies of 2 people were recovered during the rescue operation.<\/p>\n<p>All the people were returning after attending a wedding ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>Rescue 1122 divers and local volunteers participated in the operation, which was ongoing till the filing of this report.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MUZAFFARABAD: In a tragic incident in the Neelum Valley&#8217;s Chilhana area, a car plunged hundreds of feet down into the river, resulting in the death of at least six people.
