{"id":79832,"date":"2025-07-08T18:53:44","date_gmt":"2025-07-08T13:53:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=79832"},"modified":"2025-07-08T18:53:44","modified_gmt":"2025-07-08T13:53:44","slug":"sindh-cabinet-approves-construction-of-industrial-enclaves-in-sukkur-hyderabad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/sindh-cabinet-approves-construction-of-industrial-enclaves-in-sukkur-hyderabad\/","title":{"rendered":"Sindh cabinet approves construction of industrial enclaves in Sukkur, Hyderabad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>KARACHI: The <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/sindh-cabinet-approves-increase-in-salary-pension-for-govt-employees-in-budget-2025-26\/\">Sindh cabinet<\/a> has approved the construction of industrial enclaves in Sukkur and Hyderabad in partnership with the public sector.<\/p>\n<p>According to the spokesperson, the approval was made in the cabinet meeting chaired by CM Sindh <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/sports\/cm-murad-ali-shah-mohsin-naqvi-laud-naya-nazimabads-cricket-stadium\/\">Murad Ali Shah.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A girls&#8217; and women&#8217;s vocational training centre in Malakand has also been approved, along with laying of 105 kilometers of railway line from Tharkol to Chhor worth Rs. 42 billion.<\/p>\n<p>According to the spokesperson of the Chief Minister of Sindh, the Sindh government has also approved the provision of a share by the Water Corporation for the repair of the Hub Dam.<\/p>\n<p>The Sindh government will provide one billion rupees to the Water Corporation.<\/p>\n<p>The cabinet members were briefed that the requirement of water for the DHA is 15 MGD, while it gets only 5 MGD, which is not enough.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Chief Minister&#8217;s spokesperson, by laying a 36-kilometer pipeline, DHA will be able to get 10 MGD of water from Damloti.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to building a pumping station, filtration plant and reservoir to supply water to DHA, the Sindh cabinet has also approved an interest-free loan of Rs 10.56 billion to the Water Corporation for the Damloti project.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KARACHI: The Sindh cabinet has approved the construction of industrial enclaves in Sukkur and Hyderabad in partnership with the public sector.
