ISLAMABAD: The residents of the federal capital have been enjoying pleasant weather with isolated thundershowers across the region and light yer cool winds blowing, providing relief in July, typically known for its scorching heat levels.<\/p>\n
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department<\/a> (PMD), weak monsoon currents are continuously penetrating in upper\/central parts of the country and are likely to intensify from 28th July. A westerly wave is likely to approach on 29th July. Under the influence of these meteorological conditions:<\/p>\n Rain-wind\/thundershower with scattered heavy falls is expected in Islamabad\/Rawalpindi, Murree, Galliyat, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Mandi Bahauddin, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Wazirabad, Lahore, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Narowal, Sahiwal, Jhang, Toba Tek Singh, Khushab, Sargodha, Mianwali, Nankana Sahib, Chiniot, Faisalabad, Kasur, and Okara from 28th to 31st July. With occasional gaps.<\/p>\n Rain-wind\/thundershower is also likely in D.G.
