But the real headline grabber was the long-awaited update on the new currency notes.<\/p>\n<p>The SBP chief said the fresh design marks a key leap in both aesthetics and security. \u201cThe process is ongoing, and the design has been selected after much deliberation,\u201d he said. \u201cNow we are moving towards the next phase, which will begin after the cabinet approval.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Although the new look has been selected, it remains under wraps.
