{"id":82909,"date":"2025-08-12T12:01:11","date_gmt":"2025-08-12T07:01:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=82909"},"modified":"2025-08-12T12:01:11","modified_gmt":"2025-08-12T07:01:11","slug":"sc-issues-notice-to-punjab-govt-on-imran-khans-bail-cases","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/sc-issues-notice-to-punjab-govt-on-imran-khans-bail-cases\/","title":{"rendered":"SC issues notice to Punjab govt on Imran Khan&#8217;s bail cases"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: The <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/supreme-court-to-hear-8-bail-application-of-pti-founder-imran-khan\/\">Supreme Court<\/a> has issued notices to the Punjab government on 8 appeals for Imran Khan\u2019s bail in the May 9 cases.<\/p>\n<p>A 3-member bench headed by Chief Justice Yahya Afridi in the Supreme Court heard 8 appeals of Imran Khan in which the councils appeared in the court.<\/p>\n<p>During the hearing, Chief Justice Yahya Afridi said that findings have been given in the bail application; whether the finding in the bail decision is correct or not, it should not be touched at this time, and we will not go into legal matters at this time.<\/p>\n<p>The Chief Justice said that if we touch on the legal findings now, the case for one of them may be affected. Today, we are issuing notices to the parties.<\/p>\n<p>Justice Yahya Afridi asked whether final observations can be given in the bail case?
