ISLAMABAD: To obstruct the long march announced by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan against the incumbent government, the ruling coalition will meet today (Monday) to devise a comprehensive plan.<\/p>\n
The coalition is all set to meet again today to discuss the strategies to combat Imran\u2019s thunder that is about to hit the capital city on May 25.<\/p>\n
As per details, the federal cabinet would also be taken into confidence over the situation.<\/p>\n
It was reported that the discussions would also focus on the law and order situation in regards to the march.<\/p>\n
The sources privy to the matter disclosed that most of the parties in the coalition have agreed not to permit Imran Khan for the march.<\/p>\n
However, the final decision would be announced after consultation.<\/p>\n
Notably, Former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf Imran Khan announced that they would hold a Long March on Islamabad on May 25.<\/p>\n
He appealed to the nation and all walks of life to join the protest.<\/p>\n
PTI Chairman Imran Khan made this announcement at a press conference after concluding a meeting of the PTI\u2019s core committee in Peshawar on Sunday.<\/p>\n
The PTI chairman said that he would arrive in Islamabad on May 25 and meet his workers and supporters at 3 pm at Srinagar Highway.<\/p>\n
