He said that the conspiracy was charged on the testimony of only one false witness, while the Sargodha ATC has already declared such witnesses unreliable.<\/p>\n<p>Umair Niazi said that when the administration interferes in the functioning of the judiciary, public confidence will be affected, and questions will remain.<\/p>\n<p>He had also opposed the amendment made at that time in this context. He was talking on<a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/pti-protest-internal-rift-pakistan-iran-ties-in-focus-on-abns-tajzia\/\"> ABN News\u2019 program<\/a> \u201cSawal Se Agay\u201d and said that<\/p>\n<p>Talking about the elections, Umair Niazi said that the February elections were held in front of everyone, but the house was not full. Senate elections were not held in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and the issue of reserved seats is still under discussion.<\/p>\n<p>He said that the case of Omar Ayub and Shibli Faraz is under hearing in the Peshawar High Court, and until the case is over, the parliamentary committee cannot take any step forward.<\/p>\n<p>He said that if the boycott comes to the fore, ten to twelve MPAs may be directly affected. He explained that the founder of PTI has formally given all the powers to the Political Committee, and the committee has never taken any decision against his order.
