Officials revealed that some teachers have set up their own private coaching centres in violation of service rules and are running them during school hours.<\/p>\n<p>The directive states that teaching or running academies during working hours is a violation of rules and regulations. It also raised concerns that teachers involved in private academies often show preferential treatment to students of their academy, which is detrimental to those enrolled in government institutions.<\/p>\n<p>Principals have been ordered to strictly track the attendance of teachers, both inside and outside the school premises, and submit complete records of the staff.
