The FIR was registered at the Jhelum City Police Station, police said.<\/p>\n<h2>Arrested under 3 MPO<\/h2>\n<p>Law enforcement officials said that Engineer Mirza was arrested under Section 3 of the Maintenance of Public Order (MPO) on Monday night and sent to jail.
