{"id":84568,"date":"2025-09-01T12:11:29","date_gmt":"2025-09-01T07:11:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=84568"},"modified":"2025-09-01T12:11:29","modified_gmt":"2025-09-01T07:11:29","slug":"lpg-prices-slashed-across-country","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/business\/lpg-prices-slashed-across-country\/","title":{"rendered":"LPG prices slashed across country"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (<a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/business\/ogra-announces-reduction-in-lng-prices-for-july\/\">OGRA<\/a>) has announced the September 2025 new price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).<\/p>\n<p>As per a notification, the<a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/business\/massive-hike-in-lpg-price-by-rs-30-per-kg\/\"> LPG<\/a> price has been fixed at Rs. 214.2 per kg, following a drop of Rs. 1.17 per kg.<\/p>\n<p>The cost of a local LPG cylinder (11.8 kg) has been lowered by Rs 14.36, and the new price will be Rs 2,527, compared to the old price of Rs 2,541.36.<\/p>\n<p>The new price of LPG will be implemented at 12 AM midnight for September 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The price cut is in line with international trends in the price of oil and means the financial squeeze on consumers will be eased.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the government of Pakistan has decided to maintain the\u00a0petrol prices\u00a0in Pakistan for the next fortnight, effective from tomorrow, i.e., September 1, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>According to a notification issued by the Ministry of Finance, the price of high-speed diesel has been reduced by Rs 3 per liter, providing significant relief to consumers.<\/p>\n<p>The new price of high-speed diesel has been fixed at Rs 269.99. The price of petrol per liter remains at Rs 264.61.
