KARACHI: Prize bonds are one of the safest\u00a0investment schemes<\/a> in Pakistan. The biggest advantage of these bonds is that the principal loss can be reduced. Cash prizes are awarded to the first, second, and third-place winners in result draws that take place every three months.<\/p>\n

It is a fact that the chances of\u00a0winning prize\u00a0bonds<\/a> are very low, but the prize is so high that people are willing to take the chance. Another major reason for the great interest of people is the regulation of prize bonds by the National Savings, which comes under the central bank.<\/p>\n

National Savings Bank regularly announces the\u00a0prize bond draw<\/a>, usually held every three months. The Rs25,000 and Rs40,000 prize bond draws were held on September 10, 2025, at the National Savings Centre in Karachi and Peshawar, respectively.<\/p>\n
