{"id":85773,"date":"2025-09-13T13:25:46","date_gmt":"2025-09-13T08:25:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=85773"},"modified":"2025-09-13T13:25:46","modified_gmt":"2025-09-13T08:25:46","slug":"session-court-to-frame-charges-in-tiktoker-sana-yousaf-case","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/life-style\/session-court-to-frame-charges-in-tiktoker-sana-yousaf-case\/","title":{"rendered":"Session Court to frame charges in TikToker Sana Yousaf Case"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: An <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/islamabad\/islamabad-district-and-sessions-courts-announce-winter-vacation-schedule\/\">Islamabad sessions court<\/a> has set September 20, 2025, as the deadline for filing charges against the accused, Umar Hayat, in the Sana Yousaf case.<\/p>\n<p>The hearing in the case was conducted on Saturday by Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka.<\/p>\n<p>During the proceedings, police brought the accused, <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/sana-yousuf-murder-case-accused-umar-hayat-sent-to-jail-on-judicial-remand\/\">Umar Hayat<\/a>, before the court.<\/p>\n<p>The court gave the accused copies of the challan in compliance with legal obligations.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, a Judicial\u00a0Magistrate in Islamabad extended the physical remand of the alleged killer in TikToker Sana Yousaf\u2019s murder case, according to media reports.<\/p>\n<p>The accused was presented before the court after the completion of a four-day\u00a0physical remand. The prosecution demanded further remand for further investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecution representatives Adnan Ali, Raja Naveed Hussain, and Mazhar Bashir appeared in court to request an extension to the remand for further investigation.<\/p>\n<p>The court was informed by prosecutor Raja Naveed that although the accused\u2019s car has already been found, the cell phone is still being sought.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe accused is purposefully avoiding the recovery of the mobile phone because he is very sly and aware of the seriousness of his crime,\u201d Raja Naveed said.<\/p>\n<p>A seven-day extension was asked for by the prosecution.
