The affected Apple PG tanker was sent back from the Yemeni port.<\/p>\n<p>The LPG tanker is now moving out of Yemeni waters.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement issued on the incident of attack and fire on an LPG tanker near the Ras al-Issa port in Yemen, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said that Alhamdulillah, the Houthis have released the LPG tanker and its crew.<\/p>\n<p>The affected ship and all the crew members, including Pakistanis, are now outside Yemen. The tanker\u2019s 27-member crew included Captain Mukhtar, 24 Pakistanis, 2 Sri Lankans, and 1 Nepali.<\/p>\n<p>The ship caught fire after being targeted by an Israeli drone attack on September 17.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">An LPG tanker with 27 crew members (24 Pakistanis, including Captain Mukhtar Akbar; 2 Sri Lankans; 1 Nepali) was attacked by an Israeli drone while docked at Ras al-Esa port (under Houthi control) on 17 September 2025.
