KARACHI: Renowned actress<\/a> Anoushay\u00a0Abbasi has finally confirmed her separation from her husband Anan Arif.<\/p>\n

She revealed that their divorce was finalized in 2019, but she did not let it become public until her mother was alive.<\/p>\n

Anoushay\u00a0Abbas, who is known for her performance in the popular drama serial \u2018Pyare Afzal\u2019, married actor Anan Arif in 2014.<\/p>\n

Their wedding pictures went viral on social media at that time. However, she has now revealed that the relationship lasted only five years.<\/p>\n

The actress said that she hid the news of the divorce because her mother was seriously ill at the time. She did not want people to come and ask her about it and make her feel uncomfortable.<\/p>\n

\u201cI didn\u2019t want to upset my mother while she was sick, that\u2019s why I kept the news away from the media,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
