Based on wireline log interpretations, two Drill Stem Tests (DSTs) were carried out in the Lower Goru Formation (Massive and Basal Sands),&#8221; the OGDCL said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>The DSTs revealed promising results, with the well producing substantial quantities of hydrocarbons. The combined production potential is estimated at 22.5 million standard cubic feet of gas per day (MMSCFD) and 690 barrels of condensate per day (BCD) at a 32\/64\u201d choke.<\/p>\n<div class=\"td_block_wrap tdb_single_content tdi_40 td-pb-border-top td_block_template_1 td-post-content tagdiv-type\" data-td-block-uid=\"tdi_40\">\n<div class=\"tdb-block-inner td-fix-index\">\n<p>This discovery from the Lower Goru Formation is expected to contribute to Pakistan\u2019s efforts in closing the gap between energy supply and demand by increasing indigenous resources.
