The opposition has announced to challenge the election of the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in court.<\/p>\n<p>Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi said in his statement that until the resignation of Ali Amin Gandapur is accepted, the election of the Chief Minister will be considered unconstitutional. While the opposition leader announced to challenge the election of <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/sohail-afridi-elected-as-new-chief-minister-of-kp\/\">Sohail Afridi<\/a> in court on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Faisal Karim Kundi said that he is not satisfied with the resignation of Ali Amin Gandapur. Who will notify the new Chief Minister? Satisfaction is my constitutional right and Ali Amin will come to me on Wednesday.
