During the hearing of the case, the prosecution presented arguments on the petition filed by Aleema Khan. 10 accused, including Aleema Khan, who was named in the case, were indicted.<\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that Aleema Khan had challenged the jurisdiction of the court today under Section 23 of the Anti-Terrorism Act. The court, while accepting the petition for hearing, cancelled Aleema Khan\u2019s non-bailable arrest warrant.<\/p>\n<p>The position taken in the petition was that Aleema Khan is not accused of protesting but of conveying Imran Khan\u2019s message. The Constitution allows everyone to speak.
