KARACHI: Motorola has joined the world’s thinnest smartphone competition with the release of its X70 Air in China, pitting it against its competitors like Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Edge<\/a> and Apple’s iPhone Air.<\/p>\n

Posted on Lenovo’s Chinese website, the X70 Air tips at just 5.99mm thick and weighs in at approximately 159 grams.<\/p>\n

For comparison, the iPhone Air<\/a> is 5.6mm and 165 grams, and Samsung’s S25 Edge is 5.8mm and 163 grams.<\/p>\n

The phone is set to arrive overseas within a matter of months, likely as the Motorola Edge 70, a report from tipster Evan Blass claims.<\/p>\n

Coming in Gadget Gray, Lily Pad Green, and Bronze Green colors, X70 Air boasts a matte finish and an IP68 and IP69 rating for dust and water resistance comparable to the level of protection offered by Samsung, Apple, and Google flagship smartphones.<\/p>\n
