{"id":88823,"date":"2025-10-20T13:14:53","date_gmt":"2025-10-20T08:14:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=88823"},"modified":"2025-10-20T13:14:53","modified_gmt":"2025-10-20T08:14:53","slug":"non-bailable-arrest-warrant-issued-for-aleema-khan-in-rawapindi-protest-case","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/non-bailable-arrest-warrant-issued-for-aleema-khan-in-rawapindi-protest-case\/","title":{"rendered":"Non-bailable arrest warrant issued for Aleema Khan in Rawapindi Protest Case"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>RAWALPINDI: The Anti-Terrorism Court Rawalpindi issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/police-team-sent-to-lahore-to-arrest-aleema-khan-in-protest-case\/\">Imran Khan<\/a>\u2019s sister Aleema Khan for her continued absence.<\/p>\n<p>The cases registered against 11 accused including <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/police-team-sent-to-lahore-to-arrest-aleema-khan-in-protest-case\/\">Aleema Khan<\/a> on the November 26 protest were heard in the court of Judge Amjad Ali Shah of the Anti-Terrorism Court Rawalpindi.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from Aleema Khan, 10 accused named in the case appeared in the court while five prosecution witnesses also appeared in the court including the property case.<\/p>\n<p>The court issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for the third time for Aleema Khan\u2019s non-appearance, and a non-bailable arrest warrant was also issued for Aleema Khan\u2019s guarantor, Umar Sharif.<\/p>\n<p>The court ordered the police to arrest Aleema Khan and produce her on October 22.<\/p>\n<p>The Anti-Terrorism Court issued instructions to the DC Rawalpindi to verify the property documents of Aleema Khan\u2019s guarantor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RAWALPINDI: The Anti-Terrorism Court Rawalpindi issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Imran Khan\u2019s sister Aleema Khan for her continued absence.
