The young man, a resident of Mozang, was going home on a motorcycle when a string got wrapped around his neck on the way. Noman Yousaf was being shifted to the hospital in an injured condition, but he died on the way.<\/p>\n<p>According to the police, Noman was a medical rape victim. The deceased was the eldest son of the family and the sole breadwinner.
