{"id":89021,"date":"2025-10-22T16:12:59","date_gmt":"2025-10-22T11:12:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=89021"},"modified":"2025-10-22T16:12:59","modified_gmt":"2025-10-22T11:12:59","slug":"phata-issues-show-cause-notice-to-blue-world-city-over-illegal-development","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/phata-issues-show-cause-notice-to-blue-world-city-over-illegal-development\/","title":{"rendered":"PHATA issues show-cause notice to Blue World city over illegal development"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>RAWALPINDI: Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (<a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/apni-chhat-apna-ghar-scheme-construction-of-17957-houses-completed-across-province\/\">PHATA<\/a>) has taken major action against the illegal Blue World City.<\/p>\n<p>The agency has issued a show-cause notice declaring Blue World City an unapproved housing scheme.<\/p>\n<p>The notice was issued by PHATA Regional Directorate Rawalpindi, accusing the scheme\u2019s management of <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/cda-issues-deadline-to-remove-illegal-encroachments-in-islamabad\/\">illegal<\/a> development and marketing activities.<\/p>\n<p>According to the document, Blue World City has an area of \u200b\u200b4180 kanals, 6 marlas, and 78 square feet, which is located in the areas of Mouza Sahal, Habtal, Pind Malho, and Dhalial (Chakri Road).<\/p>\n<p>PHATA has clarified that the scheme has been declared unapproved under Rules 4 and 5(A), while the report of the Deputy Director of Town Planning has identified illegal activities.<\/p>\n<p>The agency has sought a written response from the scheme administration within a week; failing to which legal action will be taken under the PHATA Rules 2020 and Regulations 2025.<\/p>\n<p>A copy of the notice has also been sent to DG PHATA Lahore.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RAWALPINDI: Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA) has taken major action against the illegal Blue World City.
