The first flight will depart from Islamabad for Manchester, for which all arrangements have been completed at the Islamabad International Airport.<\/p>\n<p>According to sources, a heavy portrait has also been displayed at the airport as a representation of the city of Manchester.<\/p>\n<p>A special ceremony will be held at the Islamabad Airport tomorrow regarding the resumption of flights to the UK, in which Defense Minister Khawaja Asif will attend as the special guest.<\/p>\n<p>According to PIA, the resumption of operations to the UK will not only facilitate passengers but will also help restore the international reputation of the national airline.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD: National airline PIA has announced the resumption of flights to the UK after five years.
