He made it clear that there will be no leniency in enforcing traffic rules and violators will be severely punished.<\/p>\n<p>Those riding motorbikes without a license will face a fine of Rs20,000. He also clarified the city\u2019s speed limit, noting that the speed limit for all vehicles, small and large, has been strictly set at 60 kmph. Drivers who exceed this limit will be issued speeding tickets.<\/p>\n<p>The implementation of the faceless e-challan system has begun. On the first day of its rollout, more than 2,662 electronic challans were issued in just six hours, totaling over Rs12.5 million in fines.<\/p>\n<p>Muhammad Shah said that although the system has undergone technical improvements, a large number of violations were recorded on the first day itself.
