{"id":90743,"date":"2025-11-09T18:45:57","date_gmt":"2025-11-09T13:45:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/?p=90743"},"modified":"2025-11-09T18:45:57","modified_gmt":"2025-11-09T13:45:57","slug":"punjab-vehicle-emission-testing-fee-announced","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/business\/punjab-vehicle-emission-testing-fee-announced\/","title":{"rendered":"Punjab vehicle emission testing fee announced"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LAHORE: The <a href=\"https:\/\/dailyausaf.com\/en\/pakistan\/vehicle-used-by-dig-traffic-also-received-an-e-challan-in-karachi\/\">Punjab Environment Protection<\/a> and Climate Change Department has introduced a fee on emission testing of vehicles, starting November 10.<\/p>\n<p>Following is the new rate structure notified by the department:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Up to 1,000cc: Rs. 500<\/li>\n<li>1,001cc to 1,500cc: Rs. 800<\/li>\n<li>1,501cc to 2,500cc: Rs. 1,000<\/li>\n<li>2,501cc to 4,500cc: Rs. 1,500<\/li>\n<li>Above 4,500cc: Rs. 2,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It said the fee should be paid online through the e-Pay system, adding that a payment confirmation message will be sent to the user\u2019s registered mobile number.<\/p>\n<p>Motorists have been advised to carry their CNIC with them when coming for the emission test.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LAHORE: The Punjab Environment Protection and Climate Change Department has introduced a fee on emission testing of vehicles, starting November 10.
