LAHORE: The Punjab Wildlife<\/a> and Parks Department initiated an easy, digital registration process through the Punjab Automated System for Sustainability app.<\/p>\n

It has made registration compulsory for certain species of parrots, including Alexandrine, Rose-ringed, Plum-headed, and Grey-headed parrots. The deadline for registration is December 5, on payment of a Rs. 1,000 registration fee.<\/p>\n

Just follow these easy steps to register your parrots online:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 1: Download the App or Visit the Website<\/strong>
\nSearch for \u201cPASS \u2013 Punjab Automated System for Sustainability\u201d at the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
\nDownload and install the app on your smartphone.
\nOr visit wildlife.punjab.gov.pk from your web portal.<\/p>\n

Step 2: Create an Account<\/strong><\/p>\n

Launch the app and click “Register Now.”
\nPlease enter your name, CNIC No., telephone number, and email address.
\nCreate a secure password and complete the registration.<\/p>\n

Step 3: Log into the PASS Application\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once you have created your account, log in with your registered phone number or CNIC and password.<\/p>\n

Step 4: Go to the \u201cWildlife\u201d Section<\/strong><\/p>\n

On the main dashboard, tap on the \u201cWildlife\u201d option.
\nThen, select \u201cParrot Registration.\u201d<\/p>\n

Step 5: Enter Bird Details<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fill in the necessary information, which includes:
\nParrot species: Alexandrine, Rose-ringed, Plum-headed, etc.
\nNumber of parrots
\nAge, color, and other features
\nUpload clear photos of each parrot.<\/p>\n

Step 6: Add Owner Information<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please provide your home address and contact information where parrots are kept.<\/p>\n

Step 7: Pay your registration fees.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pay the Rs. 1,000 registration fee online through the app using:
\nCredit\/debit card, or
\nEasypaisa\/JazzCash<\/p>\n

Step 8: Make Application Submission<\/strong><\/p>\n

Review all the details carefully and click “Submit”.
\nYou will receive a confirmation message and a digital registration certificate within a few days.<\/p>\n

Deadline Reminder<\/h3>\n

The last date for registration is December 5, 2025.<\/p>\n

Keeping unregistered parrots will be considered a violation henceforth, and legal action can be taken under the wildlife protection laws.<\/p>\n
