The man, identified as Bilal, was detained after investigators earlier arrested his brother Shah Munir, who had allegedly helped the suicide bomber.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"833\">Sources say the explosive-laden jacket used in the attack was kept in the tailor\u2019s possession. Despite knowing about the suicide bomber and the presence of the jacket, the tailor allegedly facilitated him, raising serious concerns about the network behind the assault.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"1212\">Investigators have also uncovered that the suicide bomber initially attempted an attack at the Faizabad checkpoint before targeting the judicial complex.
